Mobile Auto Electrical

Booked a time with them two days in advanced and confirmed in the morning they were still coming. After following them up they decided not to turn up without phoning us at all or letting us know. When I asked why they didn't let us know they got very nasty and told me that the work I needed done wasn't important. Then made comment they arranged this with my partner and it has nothing to do with me. ( considering me and my partner arranged our day to suit them and me taking time off work) They were rude and shouldn't speak like this to a female or any of their customers like this at all!!! Adelaide please save yourself the trouble and don't bother booking with this company. Customer service isn't important and I'm guessing their work would be just as poor!!!
