Paid for a screen repair and thats where the problems began.

Issues with the speaker, volume buttons straight away then another screen replacement and now the screen is worse than when we went in. Apparently it is cracked internally and wont replace their dodgy work under warranty like all the other stuff ups from the "technician", how this is possible without any external damage?

They have terrible customer service and the technician at Penrith is rude and incompetent.
The head office dont reply to emails and when they do its a reply meant for a different customer.
You will be met with the "if you arent happy go to fair trading" comment, so think hard before going here.
Plenty of other phone places to go

Extremely rude staff and poor customer service. I paid a premium price for an iWatch screen protector but the staff never warned me it was not water proof. When I came back to complaint about the product, the staff blamed me for not asking specifically about that and basically gave me cold shoulders. They just provided me with an email for complaints which is completely unattended. I’ve never received any feedback from them. It is really surprising how such an unethical company with poor customer service is still operating in our country.

NEVER GET YOUR MOBILE FIXED WITH THESE GUYS, I GAVE THEM MY IPHONE 6S AND THEY PROMISED TO GIVE IT BACK IN 2-5 DAYS AND IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I GOT NOTHING, THEY ARE THE WORST.

Never get your phone fixed from these guys! I made a big mistake getting my iPhone 6 screen fixed here (It was $160) and then 3 days later i was away on holidays for 5 weeks and within the first week of my holiday the screen started coming off in one whole piece! They obviously didn't glue it on properly because between getting it fixed and to that point i hadn't dropped my phone and i could see the glue melting.
I sent them an email while i was on holidays just to let them know what had happened and i didn't receive a reply back - So i went into the store as soon as i got back, they offered to replace my screen (because they refused to give me a refund?!) i felt helpless so i let them redo my screen, only for it to happen again! The screen itself is not a proper iphone 6 screen despite the technician telling me it was.
Also when i questioned them about why they didn't reply to my email they said "Oh that has nothing to do with us, we don't reply to the emails."
Their customer service was terrible, the materials they use are weak and not reliable, i will defiantly not be coming back here again and i advise everyone to not go here either.
