Excellent customer service . The lady is so nice and helpful. I went back after one week purchasing a $40 glass because it was lifting. She was so kind and with no problem replaced it for new. I asked her how to changed settings on my phone and she was more than happy to help. Very welcoming and sweet. This lady will go above and beyond to help customer. Excellent customer service.

Absolute worst service today! I went in yesterday 27/07/2020 and bought a $40 glass screen protector for my new Samsung S20, the lady putting it in was lovely, however my case was never removed for the screen protector to be put on. Today 28/07/2020 that same screen protector started lifting on the top left corner. I called and spoke to a male and he was more than happy for me to come in and have it changed to a new screen protector that wasn't glass, i popped in after school pick up and that same lady started blaming my phone case, never inspected the screen protector before doing anything. Proceeded to pull at my phone case and the screen protector and she actually cracked my new screen protector. She then told me that it wasn't covered as it was cracked. She cracked my screen protector and blamed me. I had my phone in my hand and it was not cracked before walking into that shop. Disgraceful service from this lady today, the way she blamed me and spoke to me in front of my children was absolutely horrible!

I repaired my Samsung s7 screen with touchscreen and lcd. Just after 2 days I noticed that back screen wasn't stuck and it was falling out. When I went the lady applied lot of glue and rubben band and then returned. Then after 2 weeks suddenly the screen got blackout and when I went back the lady said that something must have got pressed hard on screen so lcd is damaged and denied to fix it. They say it's under warranty when they charge so much but they do not fix the problem. I regret wasting money on this shop. I am even going to complain in fair trade for the same. Worst quality products for screen replacement.

The owner here is genuine. He gives discounts if you ask and is easy to deal with. He is honest too. My dad went here to have his iPad fixed after being quoted $250 elsewhere. The guy took 5 minutes to fix the problem and didn't charge him a cent. That's pretty rare these days. He is loyal to his customers. A+
