Dodgy. will lie to you. avoid and document all conversations.

Aren’t prompt with email replies. First issue.

Second? They then make up things to justify scamming you with zero evidence to the fact beyond an email (zero photos or documentation provided to justify a quote decreasing by almost $300)

- was first told my order was not my own and housed under a different name which meant no information was provided and that it still hadn’t arrived at their store. Sent in screenshots, dated, by Aus Post tracking to say it arrived and also to prove I was the recipient of said order (I mean how would I know all the info and write an email with the account email info supplied?? Come on)
- after providing proof, irrefutable, they then decided that I had inputted the wrong phone (I didn’t, again, showed proof) therefore it counted against the cost quoted, as well as a screen that they claim was “lifting” despite it being in immaculate condition and refused to provide proof of said claim.

I can’t even trust the phone they return to me will be in the same pristine condition than when sent to them (it’s been many weeks now) so they force you to either have a phone returned (if they even do it) in poor condition which means you’d struggle to get a fair price elsewhere, or to take their incredibly decreased pricing and let them reap the financial rewards of fleecing their customer.

Also the phone hotline? Harder to crack than a Centrelink line.

All evidence collated will be sent to all relevant authorities.

Scammers the police are involved

They do not pay you within 24 hours and once they do finally pay you, they transfer the money into a different bank account that you didn’t provide and then tell you to go find your money. Sell your phones elsewhere like marketplace, you will get more money for it and you are guaranteed your money and you will receive it a lot quicker.

Not Impressed at the level of service! first the online portal says they have not recived the parcel but i get a email saying it in for testing and then had to wait two days. My biggest problem is they say they will pay you in 24hrs THIS IS NOT TRUE!! i am still Waiting

Definitely suss on this company. Lured with high offers but when I sent two phones in good order both had issues such as 'deep indented scratches on LCD' (false - screen didn't even have minor scratch) and 'colour discolouration/screen wearing our' (false - phone was fine). Surprise, surprise - I was offered a lower price.

I traded my iPhone 4 into Mobile Monster and they gave me $200. The process was pretty simple and easy, I just followed the steps on the website and it was a done deal. I used the money to buy an iPhone 5. I have recommended it to a couple of friends and they have thanked me for it.

Approximate cost: $200
