I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are unprofessional and unreliable and I am extremely disappointed! I had a hair and makeup trial for my wedding and made a booking for my wedding day. 3 weeks before my wedding when I was away because of the long weekend I received a text message cancelling my appointment. When we asked why and told them that we still wanted the appointment the response was that they had removed my appointment because they had someone else wanting that time. Maybe that new booking would give them more money, I don't know! But to cancel mine to make room for someone else and to send me a text to let me know is unacceptable! It is now almost 2 weeks until my wedding and I've got no one to do my hair. I wasted my time and money on these people and I'm now forced to find a new place, make time and pay for a new trial as well as organising all the last details leading up to the wedding day. I did not need this to worry about the last weeks before my wedding. And I want to let everyone know how they treat their customers and hope that no one will do the same mistake as me!

the new salon is lovely such a warm and friendly atmosphere and so relaxing. Still the same high standards and high quality as was in the other shop in Mordialloc.

Great service offered to customers and excellent value for money.
