When our hot water heater began to discharge water it suggested to us it had reached the end of its life. A phone call to Modica Gas and Plumbing, who had helped us in the past, confirmed that diagnosis.
A quote on a replacement was promptly given, a new heater delivered the next day and installed on the next working day.

These guys installed a gas oven in my home and when it was installed I asked if they could replace a gas hot water service that blew up two days earlier at an investment property just down the road and they did it straight away. Installation of gas log fire - during build of new house. Installed firebox when needed by builder, who then encased it in a wall. Came back with 2 days of telephone call to install the rest (some months later) - cost was reasonable and competitive. Excellent work performed, I have enjoyed a very nice warm winter.
