I have used Momento to print wedding albums and family travel trip albums for years. Their service is excellent and they always keep in contact when things happen in their production schedule such as the flood they had and they make things right with credits to your account and apologetic phone calls.

Twice however they have sent wedding albums out on my behalf and they were the wrong albums so my clients had to return them. That's really the only problems I've had.

Everything else they do is excellent. Not cheap albums but really good quality, nice boxes, and lots of options for albums. I like their low budget spiral albums and their A3 grand ones and the ones inbetween; actually I like them all. Their swatch samples for professional photographers is also very good so clients can choose a special fabric cover. I plan to keep using them for years.

Momento provides outstanding service and delivers high quality products. I have made three large photobooks with Momento, and have been impressed with the outcome every time. You can trust Momento to use thick, quality paper that will last a lifetime. Unlike many other photobook companies, with Momento, you download album-making software onto your computer so you are not producing your book across the internet - simply upload when you're finished. You can acccess a variety of backgrounds, photo frames and embellishments to add interest to your books. There's plenty of flexibility for layouts, captions and fonts. I've always received assistance quickly either by phone or email. The only downsides I've found are that the uploads can take a while if you've made a large book, and if you want a photo on the cover, you have to order a separate dust-jacket (i.e. photo is not printed onto the actual cover of the book).
