I have been a few times previously at this restaurant.

Last time I went there it was a weekday and I took my mum out for a treat.

We had a lovely lunch special on offer and were pleased with the friendly waiter serving us.

A lot of good things to say about Monroes. Long service hours, nicely decorated, attentive service, nice food.
A negative is that there are a lot of people that frequent the place and it can be some what loud.

Monroes in St Kilda has good food, well presented. The major advantage is that when you want to roll up for a meal late you can, they have long hours. The disadvantage is that the prices are equally long! Never mind Monroe's quiet and peaceful at 2 am, and its been part of my history for well over 20 years
