Yes I had Maryann do my hair up for a wedding ,she was on time professional friendly and did a amazing job people commented all day on my hair ,just made my day

I like it don't like any of the apprentices New staff now no where as friendly and genuine as the staff that have left don't get head massages any more which is a major let down used to look forward to them Stay with senior staff insist on this I had a hair color from apprentice which I paid the same amount for as a senior consultant and it was terrible had color all over my face practically ran out of the place

This salon was recommended to me but I got the worst colour I've ever had - my foils were orange and after two lots of toner it was purple and orange. Was told my only option was to go brown all over. My hair ended up looking dog poo brown - disgusting. How these people can call themselves hairdressers and charge people to completely stuff their hair up is beyond imagination. Stay away from here.

Absolutely fantastic first time today at Monsoons after having a home hairstylists for 12 years I was very Nervous about going anywhere else and I had tried a few others in the area but the experience had been horrible. Micheal at Moonsoons cut ,coloured and styled my hair to perfection he listened and explained as he worked. The atmosphere in the salon was so calm wonderful dynamics within their working team was so friendly and experienced. I am very fussy when it comes to my haircut but after looking for two months I am a very happy customer I would recommend Monsoons and anyone of the stylist. Well done guys ....

Worst hairdresser i've ever been too. The hairdresser was rude, and obviously had better things to do. The one girl was doing 3 people at once and i was there for i think at least 2 hours longer than i needed to be. Never going back

My wife loves this place. She is very picky and does not trust just any old place to touch her hair but this place is trusted and has friendly service with a bonus being almost on our doorstep. Nice quiet location right on the lake but not a discount salon.

My mum and I love coming here! Nice quiet spot by the lake. A bit pricey in comparison to some others but not too dear and ultimately a nice experience and a nice treat for ourselves.

I love Monsoon, from the look of the place to the massage chairs, i find it a very nice place to visit, very relaxing. The stylists are great, the apprentices a little unprofessional, but think it's because they're young. Generally a great place to get your hair done!

After reading the reviews on WOMOW, I was hesitant in going here, but I was desperate. I rocked up and the blonde haired, 19 something, apprentice greeted me with 'you been 'ere before?' What a turn off.. no hello, nothing... then my hairdresser for the day (color and cut) come over and she was lovely.. there was no suggestions to buy product, she really understood what I wanted, she smiled but she wasn't an annoying 'chatterbox' either.. I sat and read, and she cut and colored.. perfect! I will definately be going there again - I'll just ignore the apprentice! Oh, and they do have massage chairs - just not a scalp massage (or if that was one that the apprentice did, it was shocking...) Offered tea or coffee (where was MY wine? lol) Oh, and the most important thing of all - very happy with the cut and color..
