Monster Clean is a winner for me! I have a beautiful light gold carpet that no professional carpet cleaners could restore to my satisfaction for 13 yrs. I finally saw Monster's reviews and couldn't believe the ratings. I sent an email asking if they came to Ferntree Gully. I got a call the next day. Ian came with his equipment, and what a difference! My carpet looked new again! He would clean an area and ask me to come and compare the difference. It was unbelievable. I highly recommend Monster Clean. You can believe the ratings. Could not be happier. Ian responded to my request for quote within minutes and came the next day. He gave me a quote and completed the work same day. He cleaned carpet in 3 rooms + a rug and our couch. When we couldn't be without the rug for several days Ian did an in-home cleaning and couldn't be happier with the result. Ian, the owner. I've worked with him twice(once on a sunday!) and found he's very responsive and professional. I had a full cup of coffee literally explode and it got all over my rug and a cloth chair. Ian came to the rescue! They arrived on time which is a plus. And they respected my home by wearing booties over their shoes, this was a big plus for me! The cleaning was very thorough and zero mess.
The rug smell brand new and look as good as the day i purchased them.

My dog decided to open up the trash bag and spread it throughout my living room carpet while i was out to dinner. Needless to say the carpet needed cleaning to remove the stains and the horrible smell asap. I called Monster Clean the next morning and had someone come out same day. The guy that came out was super friendly and started the labor right away. He recommended a special treatment due to the horrible condition my carpet was in and i agreed. A few hours after the cleaning the carpet dried and looked as good as new!

Had trouble getting out a tough stain out of an old off white carpet while potty training my new puppy. I was so devastated i thought i'd have to buy a whole new carpet. My friend suggested Monster Clean(after she previously used them) i gave them a call and the stain was gone! Ian and Ann were able to schedule the carpet cleaning last minute and saved my bond. They cleaned our carpets thoroughly, especially one room that our cat had taken as her own. I've used Monster carpet cleaning for years now, for our house and our rental properties. Ian, the owner, is great. Easy to contact to book an appointment, always shows up right on time, very efficient- in and out, plus he and his assistant are always extremely careful about our indoor-only cats. No one has ever escaped!! And Ian has found a way to squeeze me in when I've needed carpets cleaned on very short notice for a new tenant. Can't say enough great things about him, his firm and how great our carpets always look and smell!!

We had 2 apartments that had been well used and the carpets were terrible so this was no small task! The end result is great, the color of the carpeting has returned and there are only a few permanent spots that he was completely honest in his disclosure are permanent damage. Not surprising based on the use of our corporate apartments, our guests are not as experienced with maintaining a home as they often have help to do that at home!

I was looking for extensive cleaning for my new kitchen and bathroom tiles. After searching i decided to give this business a chance. I called on Monday and was able to book an appointment for Thursday. Ian was very helpful and my main point of contact, i sent him pictures of what needed to be cleaned and he responded in a timely fashionable manner. Mind you, im such a picky individual and a clean freak! I couldn't be happier with the end results! They did such a great job and really took their time with the cleaning. I can not possibly say enough about how happy i am right now. For 13 months, i've been living with the dirty carpets that i inherited when i moved in, that i thought were always going to be the way they were, because they had been cleaned before to litt6le/no effect. i was working in my home office while they were working their magic, and i could scarcely believe my eyes when i walked into the living room and saw my like new carpet.
