A fantastic organisation, excellent customer service and support from beginning to the end. Mel was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. plenty of staff, but none of them sync with each other on what is happening in the store.
I bought a guitar and when I was driving off a staff member prevented me from leaving the car park thinking I'd stolen it,
pretty insulting,
and the Luke Warm sorry I received after showing my receipt is less than acceptable.
I will not shop there again and my mate was going back next week to spend $3500 on a roland e kit,... well not any more....

The guys at Mooloolaba Music Centre are great...they were really helpful when asked questions and friendly. The staff will quite happily let you sample any instruments and explain information when needed. Great service, I will return!

This is as comprehensive a selection as would be expected in a regional center very pleasant staff who are knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy ample parking and easily sighted from the main road
