I have used these guys too and had a very similar experience. The quality of work was only matched by the equally appalling customer service, thankfully we realised before it was too late.

We ordered a semi frameless shower screen for our new bathroom. This was very disappointing. They have had to come out 2-3 times to fit the door properly as it was not flush. The magnetic latch has come unattached a couple of times and the door handle fell off.
The biggest problem is with the water, it falls into a channel that then runs towards a gap between a glass panel and the edge of the door, this then leaks a great amount of water onto the floor. This leakage requires us to double fold over towels to absorb the water.
We have had them out to discuss the leakage a couple of times. They have said this is common with 'semi flameless screens'. My mother in law recently had one installed through another company and hers does not leak.

Staff admitted on their last visit that the side panel should have been made longer so that it would not be directly in line with the shower rose to avoid leakage through the door. This should have been measured up properly in the first place.

We got 3 quotes to install our screen and did not go with the cheapest, perhaps we should have!
I would not use Moorabbin Glass again.
