Great drs and reception.

Nurses are super friendly and always there to help and bring a smile to our faces when we come for our childhood vaccines.

The nurses doing the Covid clinics were very informative and spent time afterwards doing the certificates for my elderly grand parents

Dr Vincent is a disgrace to the medical profession! I arrived at 10:30pm with a badly cut and bleeding finger and the extremely apologetic receptionists informed me that he had been flatly refusing to see people requiring medical attention all evening if they didn't have a prior appointment and no new appointments were permitted!! Apparently the poor little thing had been there since 1pm (whimper, whimper) and wasn't going to allow himself to be overworked. Where is the duty of care?? Who is overseeing this? He doesn't deserve a job!

Approximate cost: $1

Quite disappointed in the front desk staff. Made errors on the doctors appointments on more than one occasion. They really should get better experienced people.

The doctors at this surgery have no idea.. The first doctor I saw did not really listen to me at all, already had his own Iopinion. Then he gave me a script for the wrong medicine, and when I got to chemist found out I didn't even need a script for the medication he prescribed, and that it was 4 times more expensive cos not on cheaper prescription list.
Then the next doctor I saw still wouldn't help me, as he doesn't prescribe addictive medications. This drives me nuts as my normal doctor in city has no problem with this and I AM NOT ADDICTED!!
So 2 visits, still not able to get proper medicine!! So pissef off for wasting my time!!! If you don't want to prescribe medicines, don't be a doctor!!!

Used this clinic three times all three times wrong diagnosis, two of the indian docs are way off base and one in particular does not seem to understand what you say to her , she talks over you and not once have we ever actually been physically examined for any visit when should have been. Mis diagnosed a knee tear for my mum as well!!
8 minutes to be seen .. so if its anything serious or chronic DO NOT GO HERE!! Im a former nurse & I can tell you after our family had seen several varying docs here over 2 yrs I would not take our animals to be seen here!! Very Very under par :(

Most of the doctors here are great. The late opening hours make it a good option for people working full time. It can get quite busy though so I would definitely recommend making an appointment.

Sorry, I disagree - went there with knee pain, told after what felt like a good examination, that it was nothing, rest for day or two. 3 weeks later, same pain, saw different clinic, X-ray and then mri then surgery. knee broken.

I took my my daughter for a check up at this Super Clinic after hearing good things about it. We didn't have an appointment so were asked to sit down and wait. I was thinking it might take at least 1 hr to be seen but was quite surprised when we were called within 30 minutes.

The people there seem to be good at their jobs, and friendly and they certainly helped out my child.

The Superclinic bulks you which is fantastic for those people on a tight budget. The waiting rooms are comfortable and there are lots of tvs you can watch whilst waiting for a doctor.

Very impressed thanks.

The majority of the doctors are fantastic. They have a mini nurses station that can perform most small procedures on the spot. They offer blood tests from 8am until 10pm (provided it is referred by one of their doctors) and they bulk bill. Unbeatable.

Approximate cost: $0.00
