Very knowledgeble people working at Morayfield Mower Centre. Had a problem with hard starting, staff member told me what to look for particularly a spark plug problem , or gave me an option to bring it in & they would give it a tune up, settled for the spark plug fix, first, purchased the plug from them ,I fitted it & started straight away. That is good. would recommend that any problems with amower, these fellas can fix it. Good one.

The worst service I've ever experienced - wish I'd read more reviews before going there.

I decided to buy one of their self propelled mowers after being assured that they were a family company and would only sell a mower to a customer if they were totally satisfied it would suit the customer's needs. I asked if I could start it up and check the drive speed to make sure it would be suitable. They said this was not possible as if they put oil and fuel in it, it would be considered second hand, and that in could just slip the drive if I needed to go slower. I should have smelt a rat!

When I got it home I found it was a lot faster than my old mower (33% faster I have since found out) and was not mowing the grass correctly (leaving clumps when mulching and odd blades of grass). It was obviously far too highly geared for my application and the drive was of the type that must either be fully engaged or disengaged (no slipping or feathering of the drive as per the manual and advice from the manufacturer, who I later contacted. The manufacturer's tech staff admitted it was a highly geared unit and said there was a "Slown Down Kit" available and gave me the part number).

When I rang to complain I was asked to bring it in and they would show me how to use it!!!! After using mowers from push reel mowers, Victa toe cutters, to the latest walk behinds and self-propelled, plus horse and tractor drawn mowers and rideons over a period of 55+ years in areas from Victoria to the Northern Territory and everywhere in between, I think I know a little bit about using mowers. In addition to that I've had extensive mechanical experience.

I took the mower back where I patiently watched their demonstration on how to use it and was informed there was no way it could be returned. The when I asked if the speed had been modified, I was informed it was fine and to just not push the drive engagement lever as hard. When I pointed out this was against advice in the manual and against manufacturer advice, I was told, "GET A LIFE" and they walked off.

DISGUSTING, DECEIVING CONDUCT BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I've had to buy another mower which I got from a big mower place a little further north - what a difference - demonstration before buying and friendly, knowledgeable service. This mower does the job perfectly.

After months of hubby telling me he would fix the mower I decided to take matters into my own hands and looked around for someone to do it. I took it into morayfield mower centre and they did an amazing job with it. They were friendly and my mower runs great now

Took my whipper snipper in to be fixed, they told me a couple of days and to call back in and pick it up. I did so and they lady told me that it wasn't done, after pressing her for information she was finally able to tell me that they had many jobs lined up and that it wouldn't be for another 3-4 days, which I accepted. I called in again after that time to pick up my item and she said they still had not looked at it! She told me 1 more week, by now it had been close to a week and a half so I was not pleased. I eventually spoke to the man that actually does the repairs and inspections and he had it done within the week for me. My item was unable to be fixed after all, but at least I finally knew that.

Had these guys service my lawn mower, it was around $80 for a full service. They were nice and even lifted the mower into the boot of my car for me. To be honest I didn't shop around alot and they were recommended to me by a friend, but hey thats how it works right, word of mouth...lol.

Approximate cost: $80
