Initially a great job. They had a printer serviced and the result was unsatisfactory. Although they accepted the result, they refused to rectify the problem. They initially reduced the price on the first unacceptable job and assured us the problem was fixed. The next print was also unacceptable. They refused to accept responsibility for it and threatened to report us with a bad credit rating if we did not pay the whole amount. Beware!!!!!
