Morph Quarters

Unprofessional and poor customer service. My partner and I have been going to Morph for about 3 years. We spend thousands of dollars a year for a moderate-to-costly service. We book appointments 3-6 months in advance and we are very regular, very loyal clients. Unfortunately found today (Saturday 10 Feb) that our two appointments for full cut/colour/etc. had dropped off their system. They didn't seem to care and certainly didn't try to accommodate us (particularly inconvenient when travelling interstate the following day, and impossible to book an alternative salon. While one of us was able to get in for a 10-minute, $20 tidy-up, we were very surprised that despite the inconvenience we were still charged that $20 !! No attempt to re-book us--clearly they don't want to keep loyal clients. Rubbish service. So hurt after so many years to be treated so badly.

Morph Quarters Hair and Beauty Cannington is such a pleasant surprise! Tucked away from the main road, it is easy to miss this little gem, however after being referred there by a girlfriend - there is no way this Salon will fly under my radar again!

Now - I am a bit of a Salon snob, but after having 1 too many over priced and under delivered cut, colour and blow-dries I was open to give Morph a try, and thank-god I did!

I was greeted by the lovely Lucy, who was to be my stylist for the day. Complimentary champagne in hand, I was shown to my seat where Lucy took me through a personalised hair plan and chatted through ideas for my new look! One divine head massage, cut, perfectly blended balayage and blow dry later - I was on cloud nine (no I'm not talking about the straighteners, although Morph do use and sell them too). Thank-you so much to the Morph team - I can safely say my faith in Perth hair salons has been restored! See you guys again in 6 weeks!

Iv been always been looking not just a good product but the right product for my skin,i went to see amanda ,i had a facial with her (which was unreal) she recommended some products that would be good for me but told me how to use when to use and why i as using my skin is just looking 20 times better now ,i cant get over it! delighted to have ounde someone who actually cares about u while your in there hands!!!highly highly highly recommend!!!

i love this spa for their Swedish massage. wow the therapist will use long, slow gliding strokes in order to release muscular tension and relax the nervous system. i feel very relaxed and fresh after this .
