Not only was the price good but they were able to start the job a few days after I approved the estimate. Every step of the process was explained before the work started, they even replaced the timber gables. They were prompt, hard-working, pleasant and cleaned up their work areas. Morrisons and their staff did an excellent job! Had my roof tiles, valley and guttering replaced and ridge capping and points done. The roof was also thoroughly cleaned. My beautiful old home is 70 yrs old so needed extra TLC. The team for each job were very efficient, friendly, thorough and professional and cleaned up upon completion. Roof looks amazing! Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. The response times to my original request to quote; attending my home to assess the work, followed by providing the detailed scope and quote, took less than 48 hours. The pricing was fair, reasonable and competitive against other quotes I received. The work was performed within less than a week from confirming I would be using their services.

This covered roof cleaning; replacement of any broken tiles; replacement of valleys; and fixing all ridge capping. Frank and his team completed the work within two days and provided a beautiful looking roof. Their attention to detail and care to make the roof look great, was a treat to see. Just watching the way they performed the work on the re-pointing and plastering of the ridge caps displayed their pride and attitude in their work. Additionally, the team are really personable, kind and friendly.

As a testament to their work, I have already planned additional work that I will be utilising their services for.
