Paul and his team (especially Linda) were the best! They not only helped us in finding the best mortgage but also educated us about the details (offset account, fix vs var rates, etc....). Monica was recommended to me by some friends and I have never looked back. I sat down with her in August 2012 to get an idea on what I can borrow, how does my lease car affect things etc. etc. My mortgage journey has gone from famine to feast, from being in monthly contact to full on in the last 2 months when I found properties.
I had seen a property I wanted to bid on but I didn't have a pre-approval and Mon was overseas. No problem to Mon! She was in daily contact checking details, making recommendations and between Erin and her they were able to get my pre-approval completed and I was ready to make my bids. Unfortunately I missed out, but I was in position to make an offer on another property which was accepted.
