After reading reviews about Sharaf I made a booking to get a new aerial and if possible moved in anticipation of future works on the house.
I received a text confirming the booking and they arrived on time. They spent some time as I think they struggled to find a stable part of the house for the pole. Sharaf talked me through everything they were doing which included putting a port in my lounge as the previous owner had the cable running from the aerial to the tv through the window.

Monica was recommended to me by some friends and I have never looked back. I sat down with her in August 2012 to get an idea on what I can borrow, how does my lease car affect things etc. etc. My mortgage journey has gone from famine to feast, from being in monthly contact to full on in the last 2 months when I found properties.
I had seen a property I wanted to bid on but I didn't have a pre-approval and Mon was overseas. No problem to Mon! She was in daily contact checking details, making recommendations and between Erin and her they were able to get my pre-approval completed and I was ready to make my bids. Unfortunately I missed out, but I was in position to make an offer on another property which was accepted. Mon didn't even tell me off for not putting a subject to bank valuation clause in the contract.
Even though I had a pre-approval Mon was open to hearing about what I had discovered from my bank and also investigated other mortgage options which I ended up going with. 7hrs after providing a few more details to make the formal application I had a formal acceptance from the bank. ….amazing!
I will continue to recommend Mon and Erin from Mortgage Choice. They have been patient when I didn't know what I was doing and then jumped into action when I put pressure on them.

I have used SPI Property Inspections twice and both times I have felt their total attention was on me and not trying to take advantage of a single female.
Colin completed both of my pre-purchase house inspections where he was totally thorough and professional; in fact an agent commented he had good dealings with him previously. Due to difficulty accessing a property I attended an inspection and Colin thought nothing of it, he was good enough to point out good and bad bits along the way. After both inspections we discussed a detailed breakdown on what was found and priority on getting them fixed.
Also a great thanks to Helen who helped with setting up the last minute inspections and patience in answering questions. Di is a great first contact to the company.

I have been seeing Daniel for my shoulder problem over the last couple of months. It has been very helpful since coming back to work and using a keyboard. I found out my skip boss has gone to him and now my manager is seeing him. Everybody has been very happy with his professionalism and quality of care.

After having huge issues with another bank and trying to get a replacement card I decided I had enough of having a bank that didn't seem to care about me.
So, I looked around and even though they are all as bad as each other I came across Bank of Queensland. I received a call the same day as sending my application asking how they can assist me further. This was surprisingly refreshing. I also received more follow up calls and updates on my application. I wasn't to confident when speaking to the credit card lady when finding out more information but things have turned out well and everything has gone smoothly and fast.
I'm not saying they are perfect but so far so good.

I love coming here relaxed, good value, fantastic people and best of all great colour and haircut. I even get really helpful advice on restaurants and bars to go to. They saved me from a big party headache.

I needed my back cracked and Rodney did just the job. There was no fuss and he is very professional.

I was trying out another hairdressers and after going once it seems to be a good decision to go to Salon Lavan. Very quick and efficient but producing a great hair cut.
Going back next week to get the colours done. I'm sure it will be a great result like the cut was.

As it is my first year as a sole trader I was a little nervous about doing my end of year tax return. Gary put me at ease and is a funny guy. I spent an hour and half with him and ended up submitting my tax return with a very good result. Gary was patient with me as I rung around gaining the info I was missing.

I was nervous as I had previously a bad eyebrow wax at another place. I was after some guidance and I got it. My therapist explained clearly what had to happen and the bonus was I only got charged a small amount as she didn't have to do a full eyebrow wax.
I booked for a bikini wax next week.
