Steve helped us from pre-approval to final approval. His advice was consistently helpful, and he was able to provide insights that would be hard to find publicly, such as processing times.
He provided high quality advice, with clear supporting documentation. He advised us what the maximum amount we could borrow would be, but also advised of the risks of doing so and encouraged us to borrow a lesser amount. There are lots of words that I would be able to use about Steve. He's been best ever broker you can have - understanding when it's needed; calming when I was upset with (unimportant) issues that came across during refinancing process; professional when I had a question/s. Believe me I was a lady with lots of questions, and made him work hard. He replied in half an hour on any of my questions, from early morning, to late at night. And even took care of negotiations with the new bank when he was on holidays with his family. This was the second time that I refinanced my home loan with Steve, and he become the friend and mentor (explained the smallest uncertainty about the loans/banks/refinancing), calming influence ensuring me that everything is going to be OK. Of course we are all here for something - banks to get our money, us to refinance the home loans with better rate and Steve to provide for his family.
