Called first to check if they would price match 2 car seats, was told items have to be in stock and store within a certain distance, don't price match Internet offers. Although they were more expensive than Internet Company I purchased from them as I thought having the face to face customer service and being close for refund, exchanges would be handy.

Staff were friendly and practically jumped on me when I entered, however once the purchase was complete I was on my own. Staff stood inside and watched while I struggled fitting the car seats, even after asking for help I was given a quick do this and do that demo, then was left to complete fitting again. I was not impressed, so much so I haven't been back to this Store.

I understand they probably have a lot of window shoppers, but the fact that I had spent over $600, I thought would have given me some assistance, very disappointed.

I had bad experience with Mothercare Erina. My husband bought a bouncing chair for my 2 month old, but I didn't want it. So took it back with docket to return it. Took me a while to convince the staff that it was a mistake buy. They won't refund it. The best they can do is to put store credit that I have to spend within 6 months. I had no choice and bought their nappy boxes to use the credit, although their Huggies boxes are more expensive than supermarket. The experience totally put me off and never went back again.

Mothercare Erina staff are always friendly and offer you assistance as soon as you step through the door. They have a great range of furniture, electronics, feeding equipment and clothing/shoes for babies. They also have a good range of maternity clothing and bras. Highly recommend checking them out.
