No matter what issues I've had over the last 3 years of training, back pain, shoulder issues etc, Jack and the team at Motus have gotten me back on track to full training capacity again in a matter of just a couple weeks. Happy staff that seem to enjoy their job too!

I had been struggling with low back pain for years and seen numerous people with some short term relief, but it always returned. I started seeing Ben for Myotherapy 2 months ago and with some treatment and exercises he has given me to do, I haven't felt so good in a long time.
