So new and fresh. They have a large deli area with many specialty delicacies , so much variety and well priced. There could me more variety in the meat section but the bakery area is fabulous. I purchased many items including some fresh cakes and reduced priced donuts for our boys, still fresh just close to date. Plenty of choice when it came to bread sticks, rolls and fresh or pre-sliced bread. Fresh fruit and veg at reasonable prices and they also sell plants with prices ranging from $2.49 and up. My husband I have purchased quite a few now. My only issue here is that they don't open very many checkouts, they just want you to go through the express lane which is annoying when you have quite few items and don't want to hold anyone up - so the can be improved.

Needed some basic items so popped into this large Foodland store. Nicely designed and items are easy to find. Good fruit and veg and a good deli section too. Much easier than the established supermarkets in the town. Look forward to buying more next time we are in Mount Barker for our fuel purchase

WOW! This newly opened supermarket in Mount Barker is fabulous, very spacious, quality local fruit and veg, enjoyed the deli, special prices in the meat department and well priced, anyone on a budget with love this store. The staff were super friendly, very helpful when I couldn't find an item I was looking for. Plenty of parking. A very enjoyable shopping experience.
