We ordered three dishes, pesto chorizo pasta, snapper fish and stuffed chicken breast. The pasta is delicious but not the other two. Furthermore, their serving is very slow. I went there during non peak hours, yet it took them around 30min to serve those dishes. What I like about the tavern is their staffs are friendly and its a nice place to have a drink with mates after hiking

Used a Our Deal voucher. It took an hour to get our meals! My partner had the scotch fillet which he said was ok. I had the chicken parmer. The chicken was not fresh, it tasted like a oven bake out of a box. We were to have dessert with our voucher. Out of the 5 things on the menu we were told only 2 were available. Strange they were the two cheapest things. We declined dessert, I saw the ladies next to me and she did not seem impressed. When we told the waitress that we were not going to have dessert she said, even though we hadn't ask, that we could not have a reduction in our bill. She said that lots of people had ask for $10 off. So it sounded as though this "problem" with the lack of desserts was common. Maybe only for voucher people? We would not eat there again although if you wanted an afternoon for a drink with friends it would be nice.

We regularly go here on the weekend. Great value food, lots of it, huge burgers. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Sunday sessions. Not always the best but entertaining nonetheless.

A very enjoyable evening. Service was first rate, prompt and friendly. Waitress brought water to the table when we sat down. Meals were delicious with plenty of food on the plates. Nice music in the background and a very pleasant atmosphere for a nice dinner and evening out. Very enjoyable and they have an excellent Chef!!
