I bought a Bordoodle from this pet shop last year and it was the best decision I ever made. Yes, she was expensive but that is all due to supply/ demand, not the pet shop. The service we received was exceptional and we had lots of advice re.ongoing care from very knowledgeable staff. The facility was very clean and the puppies had lots of room to run around. This is the place to go if you want a little new furry friend.

Approximate cost: $7000

Highly recommend this place. They take such wonderful care of the puppies. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rose and Chris were a delight to deal with and we are so in love with our new arrival. Rose is available for advice any time after bringing your pup home. We paid a lot of money for our baby, and she is worth every penny :)

This pet shop has ONLY Lucky Dogs, to use an old coined phrase!
They are spoiled for the sake of their health and for the sake of being loved.
I have given 2 of their puppies a home and they’re delightfully healthy and happy pets.
Service is great! They have every conceivable product and doggie toy or gadget.

I gave them a 5 for VALUE, because I understand the costs they choose to incur to keep their puppies healthy and happy.

I Felt secure in my purchase and I’ve referred many friends and family, who also have had as positive an experience as I’ve had.

I could not possibly recommend this business. Exorbitant prices for puppies with no papers or history. Very angry [redacted personal identifier] who is extremely rude when questioned about the validity of the term "purebred" which is used in all customer contracts. Don't buy your puppies from this pet shop.

This lady was particularly unpleasant to deal with. After a considerable time vacillating between a Spoodle and a Labradoodle the people chose the Labradoodle. They were told repeatedly a Labradoodle is a cross breed. That is, it is a cross between a Labrador and a Poodle. They took the puppy home and within days contacted the shop wanting to return the puppy because it was not a pedigree puppy. Despite being repeatedly told a cross breed cannot be either a pedigree puppy or a pure breed the woman became extremely aggressive accusing us misrepresenting the breed and repeatedly threatened Consumer Protection action. Following several phone calls where the woman became abusive and threatening we took the puppy back. In the shop she was still obnoxious and abusive saying they had been deceived. She continually said her boss has a labradoodle and it has pedigree papers. She was shown the result of a basic computer search that showed the Labradoodle is a cross breed. She further shouted that we had misrepresented the puppy. We subsequently found she had advertised the puppy for sale on Gumtree. Clearly the people had purchased on an impulse, despite our staff continually asking whether the correct decision was made, and they did not want the puppy. It is very distressing to our staff when they put so mush effort and energy into making the puppy purchase a pleasant experience only to have to deal with an unpleasant, obnoxious and opinionated woman shouting, accusing and threatening. It is also the sign of a weak person who immediately takes to giving a poor review when they are caught out, Incidentally, the puppy came with images of the parents and paperwork from the breeder and vet that the puppy is a Labradoodle.

Minor error in describing the puppy. It was in fact a Labradoodle x Labradoodle and the puppy was advertised for sale in the Quokka and not Gumtree. My apologies - Bob

If you buy a labradoodle for $2990, you would expect there would be some evidence provided that this puppy is actually a cross of these two breeds. Any legitimate supplier would happily provide that evidence and not shout at customers and angrily slam doors. I am concerned that this business owner spends so much time defending herself on social media.

This is a gorgeous pet store and they have the utmost respect for the puppies allowing them to run in larger pens than in small glassed cubicles. One of the things though that horrified me was the price! On a good note, if you are looking for a particular breed, then chances are you will find them here. However, be ready to pull out the credit card because they are not cheap! The pups look very healthy and you can get a lot of dog clothes and items for your pooch - again, make sure you have enough in the bank! I would only recommend to someone who was well off or someone who was adamant about getting a particular breed of dog that can't be found any where else at the time.

Approximate cost: $2000

Went today in to the shop and was floored by the prices presented, $2990 for a x breed pup. It seems again it is for the well off few. Pensioners who would like to have a small dog, will not be able to bring a new companion in to there often lonely lives. I bought a Jack Russel x Poodle 15 years ago for $150, earned then $1000 a week, now as a pensioner ill have $800 a fortnight, so where do I go for a for a small dog??

I popped into the shop for a visit one day and got my Labrador puppy from about half a year back. Bob's service was excellent and brought me to the special puppy that was on special and we're both happy I went to the shop that day.

Elly has been microchipped and vaccinated when I brought her home, she is very healthy and growing well, we enjoy our morning walks together everyday.

I will recommend anyone who wishes to get pets from them, unlike most major pet retailers, they are dedicated to the health of the little animals and even have a backyard play area for the animals to exercise!
