Went to this hairdresser 31st Oct. Am 70 yrs old and never experienced in all.my life the rudenesse and surliness from.this person.
First of time all she hands me the comb and tells me to c omb the back.of my hair. Says I have a knot or something..but acts to.me as if she is looking at cockroaches. (Why not just wet it and comb it out. ). I pride myself on.my grooming and found it hard to believe. Nevertheless.
After asking her to take 2cms off my hair, She asked did I want it blended in or...and I didn't understand the next bIt she said,So I said. Pardon ..blended or what do you mean... she then raised her eyes to ceiling, and waved comb around at me and treatrd me llke an idiot. I don't know why i didn't walk out then.
She never looked at me when she spoke ever. . I discovered by her conversstion with other staff member she was trying unsuccessfully to swap a shift with her.
After charging me full price I explained that I was a pensioner. She then demanded to see my pension card. Never again I thought.No.excuse for rudeness. Oh. And she cut about 4-5 cms off my hair

My husband and 4 year old had cuts there recently. Whilst their cuts were OK (shears and scissors), the staff were so unfriendly. A cold and surly vibe indeed. We went on the weekend and usually go to Just Cuts. Disappointingly Just Cuts were closed for renovations, so all the other hair dressers were pretty busy...except this one. Now we know why. Good value for money but don't expect a smile. No diversions for the little ones like a portable DVD player. You have to wait - unable to put your name down and come back. $15 for kids on the weekend.
