From the initial contact through to the move itself, Moveworx set a high standard. They confirmed all details in writing, were clear in pricing and responsive to communication. The boxes, paper and tape supplied were great. Come move day the boys were excellent.

We have a big home (2 adults and 4 children) so we knew it was going to be a big move. The guys simply got to work and got it done. We had our kitchen packed, which really reduced the pressure on us in a hectic time.

I've used Moveworx twice now and I wouldn't use anyone else. (I had previously used different removalists so have a basis for comparison. Moveworx are far & away the better.) Very helpful from booking to moving. Willing to fit in with my requirements & the removalists were fast but careful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Moving can be stressful but using Moveworx removes one area of stress. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.

From the moment Scott gave us a detailed quote; through pickup - including some "fragiles" packing; storage and re-delivery to our new residence, everything was conducted with a "minimum of fuss".

The whole team, including Natalie, were exceptionally helpful to us in any way they could be and our move was achieved when required despite some uncertainties surrounding the final delivery date.

The move went without a problem. They came on time and were friendly and efficient. Our furniture was put into storage and when the time came to move us into our new home they were most accommodating with the day. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

I would like to thank Scott and his team (Chris & Roy) - They moved us from Sydney to just north of Forster / Tuncurry.

I had three Companies come and give us Quotations - two (including Moveworx) were roughly on a par (and the third more expensive). Movework turned up on time - used Software on an Ipad to itemise our House - and provided the Quotation broken down as I requested within 24 hours including the itemised listing of our possession by Room. They appeared more professional and flexible than the other two organisations.

Scott was always available for discussion as we juggled dates - and determined whether we would pre-pack ourselves- and providing boxes as requested.

The move itself was seamless - they turned up on time - worked with us in terms of order of packing (noting any items of ours that had any marks/chips) - and in particular located Furniture and Boxes where we requested at our new residence.

The end result was about 6 hours of loading two Trucks - and 5 hours of unloading.

The important thing - no damage to the house or walls at either end - and no damage to any of our possessions.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Moveworx to any of our friends - Great result - and pleasant to deal with and be around.

They were very caring and nice. They paid attention to details. They were on time and did the job quickly and smoothly. I had wooden furniture which needed extra care and Moveworx did a great job in handling them.
