Took my mower to be tuned as the blades were blunt and the engine hadn't been tuned for 2 years. Unfortunately it came back worse than it went in

This guy ripped me off completely, as a female maybe he saw me coming. I asked to get our mower serviced and it was never the same. I stupidly took it back and he said it would cost a lot to fix, but since I had taken the trouble to get it there I said Ok and paid. It has been terrible since until I finally took it to another place in Huntingdale who fixed it and it has been running well ever since. I will never go to this shop again, which is a pity as it is very close to me.

My goodness! If these reviews are anything to go by (and we believe they are) then this business would appear to excel in questionable (and unlawful) behaviour. Thanks for the heads-up! Reeces

Probably the worst customer service we've ever encountered.
They quoted us for replacing a whole bunch of parts before they'd even looked at the lawn mower.
They never returned calls even though they said they would.
In the end we gave up on them and took it somewhere else where we got friendly, professional service at half the cost of what Mowerpower quoted.

We went here to get our mower serviced. Worst service ever! We took our mower in to be serviced - they promised they'd have it fixed in 2 days for $200 (after much negotiation) and then took 4 days to apparently "fix" the issue. After an unpleasant broken English exchange, they charged us $120. No apologies for the lateness, no excuses either, just bad service. Our mower is running worse than before we took it in! Stay away from this business!

I had a very funny experience here, I went to buy a mower and the salesman talked so fast and made up new words (probably could tell i didn't know much about mowers). I even think he feigned poor English. I was about to buy a mower and asked him to test it, he was reluctant but did and it blew up in the store. Funny experience but terrible at the same time.

I guess you now understand why the employee in question displayed such reluctance. If one did not consider the legal ramifications, this would be an unbelievably hilarious situation! Having perused all the respective reviews, we are somewhat suspicious of the review completed by Nancyb3 from Oakleigh. It is interesting to note that this individual appears to have joined WOMO just to complete this one (five star) review. This combined with their 10% TrustFactor, essentially means that their rating is of minimal value. Thanks for sharing your experience. Regards, Reeces
