Mr Kirkby is warm,engaging,capable and reassuring and Shannon is a pleasure to talk to and is most helpful and accommodating.Very happy.

After my normal doctor wasn't available for my scope my GP suggested that I use Mr kirkby, his rooms were extremely clean, staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. He was a little late to my appointment but he had just come from the local public hospital.
His out of pocket expenses weren't terrible, will definitely consider using him again

Mr Kirkby is very direct, not the most friendly man but certainly not rude, his reception staff are lovely. The practice is small and clean, his waiting periods are reasonable and surgical skills are amazing, I can't even see a scar.

Mr Kirkby is a fantastic surgeon, he is incredibly professional and having dealt with him on many occasions he has only ever been late once. My only real complaint about his service is they currently don't offer to send your account straight to medicare and being that he is a specialist the only way to receive my medicare refund is present at the medicare office

Mr Kirkby is a well presented professional, he was quick but attentive in the consult, he is blunt without being rude and surgical I had one of the quickest recoveries he work was very impressive
