We recently needed to have a toilet installed and had a number of Plumbers to come look at the job. Not one of these guys turned up when they said they would and we were shocked that all of them spoke down to us like we were idiots and seemed only interested in how much they could get away with charging for a simple job. We then called Mr Drainage Tim turned up when he said he would he was really friendly and polite and treated us with respect and courtesy. He really seemed genuinely interested in helping us to understand what was required. Wow what a nice change to meet a guy who really knows his stuff as well as all of the codes etc relating to his trade. This gave us real peace of mind. As we expected Tim did a fantastic job he cleaned up after himself and charged us a fair price. Because we were so happy with his work we have since had him back to rectify some storm water problems caused by another Plumber and once again Tim did a great job and resolved a problem that we had been living with for some time. We were again delighted with the outcome and also by the fact that we have finally found a great Plumber to look after all of our plumbing needs from now on which to us is golden. Truly you will never regret calling Mr Drainage for any plumbing work Tim is a real professional and a really nice caring guy who will do a great job for you and will not rip you off.

Recently our hot water system started to give up sending rust through our piping I called Tim up on a Friday gave him the details of the old system he gave me a quote on the spot booked it the next day in the morning removing the old system and replacing it with a new rheem hot water system in approx an hours time he's very knowledgeable reliable and a trustworthy trademan I highly recommend him for anyone that needs help fixing hot water systems drainage work I'm very satisfied with the speed and price Thanks Tim
