A few days ago we had not hot water to our home, so hubby found this company via an online search (after calling a few other companies first). They were very efficient in sending out an employee to our home early evening that same day.

The gentleman even called us to say he was stuck in traffic nearby and would be here in very shortly, that was appreciated.

We needed our hot water service replaced ... and we had hot water running again in 40 minutes as advised.

we were able to pay via credit card on the spot which was very handy.

Great service, highly recommend them ... hopefully we will not have any such emergencies any time soon of course :)

I had a tap replaced in my front garden, which cost me $572.00, and 4 months later water was gushing from the tap, when I called Mr H2O, he didn't want to know. I had to call another plumber to come out and help me, when he took off Mr H2O's tap, he said the job was completely botched, there was silicone stuck on the tap and pipe, and the washer was floating around in the pipe as well. They had no intention of coming out to fix the problem, even though the warranty period on the invoice is supposedly for 12 months. Avoid these plumbers.
