Mick and crew are fantastic they do so much work for us from roadworthys to services to fixing stuff when I brake it haha they are very quick and very well priced mick and crew go out of there way to help me they are fantastic won't be disappointed all of my family go to them now they are fantastic

All I wanted was a RWC for an almost new car - Mr Muffler Lilydale re-fitted an exhaust and cold-air intake on my SSV Ute (30,000 klms only). They refused to provide a RWC without removing my Cold Air Intake and Exhaust System; I subsequently agreed to have them remove and re-install the parts. In doing so, they broke my condensor. Mr Muffler Lilydale cost me over $1500 in labour and repairs after damaging my air conditioning. Soon after they worked on the car, my exhaust system even started coming apart (easy fix $75).
I sent Mr Muffler pictures of the damage to my condensor along with a description of the damage from Holden clearly describing their faults, to which, they not only wouldn't cover the cost of the damage, they wouldn't even agree to refund the money (or part there of) I had spent on the labour for them to break my condensor... A new car condensor, re-gassing, and testing was $1000... Eventually my Ute was back to the exact same condition it was before Mr Muffler touched it, the only difference being I was $1,600 poorer. Truly disgusted! Go elsewhere!!

Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat you with respect and not just as another customer.

its a great place i take my car there when i don't know whats wrong with it and he will tell me the best way to go about it Ive his work and i got an never had any trouble with any of his work i even have a exhaust i got from there sounds great and i got it cheap 160 for a 2 and a half from the cat back
