Very difficult to find experts to do this sash cord replacement. Found Mr Sashcord was punctual, efficient and courteous.

I had 6 timber double-hung sash windows repaired. Some of windows were previously painted shut, and those that weren't, wouldn't stay open by themselves - they needed to be held open with a wooden spoon. I can now open the windows easily from both top and bottom ... and they stay in the open position. Greg even fixed something else, totally unrelated, without being asked. Both Greg and his assistant were very approachable, courteous and respectful. He arrived when he said he would, provided a high quality of workmanship and a very efficient service. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Sashcord.
