I found Mr Sparky to be very friendly and helpful. I had an old but good Kenwood Chef, although he was fully booked for repairs, he was still able to supply the parts and give the advice that I needed to complete the repair myself.

Visited Mr Sparky with 2 ageing Sunbeam stainless frypans which kept tripping my safety switch. Another repairer said the problem could not be fixed but a week later I have 2 perfectly working frypans. Very reasonable cost. Thank you, Andrew.

I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky. He fixed my coffee machine and spent over an hour helping me work out the problem I was having with my coffee grinder etc. He went beyond what you could expect and even phoned me the next day to make sure it was working alright for me. They have now moved to Sunnybank.

Mr Sparky has the best customer service I've been given in years. They let me know what they were doing,fixed my coffee machine ,charged a fair price and rang after I picked the product too make sure I was happy. A++++++ thank you very much.

Andrew & his team give the best customer service, very friendly and honest and give the best advice and follow through with what they say they are going to do. They do not overcharge or rip you off in anyway also.

I had my vacuum cleaner repaired at Mr Sparky and the service was amazing as they explained the process to me and what had been done to repair my vacuum.

Service was fantastic. Tech was great, he was patient and explained everything to me about the repairs my appliance required. My appliance was repaired while I shopped (1 hour), was able to take it home that day. Very well priced. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend this business to my friends.

Easy location and price pretty good and has difficult to find things. The service is quite good, although nothing outstanding. Just a good place to go if you need something electrical fixed.
