The service is pretty good, the staff are nice and friendly and the service is also fast. The only thing I have bought from here is the coconut rough brownie which is to die for! It is a little expensive but it is worth it for the taste!

This definately beats your Gloria Jeans, Starbucks, Michelle's Patisserie morning coffees. Im not so sure about their cakes and desserts, which seem slightly on the expensive side, but their hot chocolates and latte's are just amazing. They also make sure that your drink is the perfect temperature for drinking - not the boiling hot levels that the conventional cafes serve them at. The prices are roughly the same as what you'd expect to pay at somewhere like Gloria Jeans though, so its just a matter of better taste and value.
