Muddings has consistently provided amazing cakes and tartlets for our celebrations. We have never been disappointed in the quality. They usualy seem a little under-staffed but that's probably an indication of their popularity. Happier now they've introduced EFTPOS.

Great value for money. It's a traditional style bakery, with great sponges, orange and poppy seed cake, family pasties. They do excellent party cakes with custom writing. The fruit flans and lemon tart are pretty good, too. Nothing super exotic, just excellent quality homestyle cakes.

This is a good local cake shop. The cakes are always fresh and the standard is reliably good. They bake cakes for special occasions and their prices are always reasonable. For a 21st birthday cake we were not happy and the cake flavour was not what we expected. When we raised concerns after frequenting this shop for many years the manager was not responsive. She did not offer an apology. She said that the flavour was correct and our expectation was incorrect. Whist this is a good cake shop I would caution buying from here for a special occasion

We regularly buy from Muddings, particularly for special occasions. This week, we purchased party sausage rolls, a family size apple pie and a honey swiss roll. All were delicious. Muddings is also a great place to stop for lunch or a snack, and a decent cup of coffee. Their birthday cakes are wonderful and it has become something of a family tradition to purchase our Birthday Cakes from Muddings. The service is always friendly and efficient.

Without doubt, the best quality cake/bakery place I have visited. Regularly have salad rolls here and also order cakes and the quality is always excellent. Staff are friendly and its always a pleasure to walk into the store!

This place is the ONLY cake shop I would trust to make things for any special occasion...they have been doing so for at least 5 years for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Not only are their products excellent, also the customer service here puts other business' to shame....nothing is too much trouble, you just have to ask...and sometimes they even beat you to it!

We just purchased our twins birthday cakes from Muddings and WOW, they were a hit! Everyone commented on how amazing the cakes tasted, a couple of people said it was the best birthday cake they'd ever remembered having. I'd have to agree with them, these mud cakes were amazing.

Staff are always friendly & helpful. Great prices, great range, fantastic food. NEVER been disappointed. My daughter loves the gingerbread people. Friends love the place too.
