Love mumgo! You can get brand name items super cheap. Last time I brought something I got Tommee Tippee bottles half price! I like how you get a mail notification when I new sale starts. The postage is pretty fast and well package.

I LOVE MUMGO. This site is addictive. Great quality products at great prices. I have to stop myself from looking at it too often, cause it's costing me a fortune. Regular emails are great too.

I've made a couple of purchases via Mumgo. I bought bamboo blankets for bubs - all was ok, delivery took quite a while, perhaps 2 weeks, which I think is rather long for domestic post.

On another occasion I ordered a grobag for $35. As I had to pay capped shipping of $9, I ordered a couple of other small, cheap things (shoes and a tshirt) since I was ordering the grobag and paying postage anyway.

Around a week later I got an email to say the shoes & Tshirt were on their way - and around a week later they arrived. I then got an email from customer service saying that they actually didn't have the grobags in stock and that they'd refund me the grobag and prorata the delivery fee - and as a goodwill gesture they'd give me $5 in the checkout when I made my next purchase.

I personally would not be surprised if Mumgo advertised the grobag (which is a very popular item and retails for up to $80 in stores I think) as a bait item - i.e. they didn't have it in stock, or only had 1 or 2, and just put it up as the one big 'brand name' item on sale to attract buyers who might then go on to buy other items as well. One reason I wouldn't be surprised at this is because I had previously tried to put an item shown as 'available' in my shopping cart but when I tried to check out, I couldn't as I got a system message saying it had sold out in the meantime. So it appears they have a real time POS/stock monitoring system in place...that failed on this occasion? All my personal opinion based on my experiences...

Either way, it's my fault for justifying the other items on the basis of taking advantage of capped shipping as well as my forgetting that in today's world, caveat emptor is the only effective consumer protection out there. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is...

I don't plan to buy from there again.

They advertised a STOKKE Tripp Trap to come with a 7 year warranty, but after paying and having the chair sent to us, they sent an email saying you can't have a 7 year warranty as its a parallel import. (this was not shown on the advertisment). They offered 12 month warranty. We asked for a refund, having to send the chair back via AUST POST (we had to pay extra to have it Registered). They stated UP TO 10 days for a refund. One month later, no refund! No phone number to contact them, all via email. Not impressed at all with the lack of customer service, meanwhile I am still out of pocket for a chair! The best part was when I told them how upset I was they issued me a $6.00 credit. ?? I wont be going back to them to use a measly $6.00. How insulting. Although it seems that you get great deals, the lack of customer service, being unable to phone someone to talk to, waiting for days to receive emails back and the misleading advertising is something to be weary of.
