They make lovely pizzas, and although a little overpriced we keep going back! Sometimes they have a long delay to get your pizza (which is a pain!) I recommend the salmon pizza! We usually get takeaway once a week from them.

My absolutely favourite toy shop. The ladies there are wonderful and so helpful. Great for buying gifts as they can show you what toys appeal to what ages, beautifully gift wrap them for you and you can attach a card - perfect. I have purchased gifts for friends and usually pop in and buy something for my little boy. They have gorgeous wooden items, lovely older style toys. A beautiful shop!

A gorgeous little health food store in Beecroft Village. Rachel is so helpful answering any of your questions. Even if you are spending a small amount she makes you feel like a valued customer. I have purchase items for pregnancy and now with my little boy I always get some porridge for him. Its beautiful, organic and stoneground. Rachel will phone around and get an item for you if she doesn't have it in the shop. Very friendly customer service!

They advertised a STOKKE Tripp Trap to come with a 7 year warranty, but after paying and having the chair sent to us, they sent an email saying you can't have a 7 year warranty as its a parallel import. (this was not shown on the advertisment). They offered 12 month warranty. We asked for a refund, having to send the chair back via AUST POST (we had to pay extra to have it Registered). They stated UP TO 10 days for a refund. One month later, no refund! No phone number to contact them, all via email. Not impressed at all with the lack of customer service, meanwhile I am still out of pocket for a chair! The best part was when I told them how upset I was they issued me a $6.00 credit. ?? I wont be going back to them to use a measly $6.00. How insulting. Although it seems that you get great deals, the lack of customer service, being unable to phone someone to talk to, waiting for days to receive emails back and the misleading advertising is something to be weary of.
