This butcher is satisfactory. It has a large selection, and often it has good prices. But the quality varies wildly, which makes it unreliable. We used to buy from here as it is easy to buy cheap and in bulk, but we found the changes in quality made it hard to plan how to cook something- sometimes a packet of steak would end up having to be stewed as it was too tough.

Stricter quality control would be a positive thing.
