I cancelled my subscription to Muscle Diets prior and they continued to send boxes, there is no customer service, the 1300 number is an answering machine, and they do not respond to emails. I would not recommend, as I had to contact my credit card provider to stop payments going to musclediets.com.au even though my profile said that there was no subscription or orders pending.
