Completely regret EVER taking my pup there as i picked him up without a word/ reason OR warning being given why his eye was beaten red.

Resulted in having to undertake treatment, seeking urgent vet attention (proves how bad the matter was). He was put on medication which didnt relieve the injuries within the expected time frame in which the vet had suggested.
Having gone to their choice/preffered vet clinic which they use on a regular basis (gives me the idea injuries are common), initial consult was covered. After realising the veteranerian was not willing to give me any indication as to common reasons / ways an injury to the eye like this was caused i became suspicious & took matters in my own hands by seeking closure having not witnessing the truth when it happened in my absence.
A second vet, unrelated to Mutts Cutts, finally gave me answers, after being given excuses and unclear explainations of the events leading to the injury, even though the groomera had live surveillance inside. The second vet stated truthfully before I could even explain the reason i was there, that it was not a case of strangalation of being chained up to a table and that the only answer to it was physical contact of some sort. Thankfully it was not permanently damaged, but its was a month long recovery with daily ointment applications being made throughout the day as well as antibiotics.
Accompanying that, the scared nature/ behavior / reactions to anything coming close to his eyes has had us put in extra time into convincing him the actions, forever unkown to us, would never be repeated.
Very unfortunate being his first and ONLY visit there again.

The team at Mutts Cutts make you feel as though your dog is the only dog in the salon. They care about the welfare of your dog and they always follow instructions on how you would like your dog clipped. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

The staff were so friendly & caring, you could tell how much they love & care for dogs! Our little old dog was given the royal treatment & looked amazing when we picked him up! They even gave him a little jacket to keep him warm as he didn't have much hair left. Thank-you so much for the great job you do!
