I can't thank My Big Event enough. Two weeks out from our engagement party I called Chris to arrange 125 helium balloons to be delivered to our function room where the party was being held. His price was 10-20% cheaper than the three other quotes I got. He was flexible with how we wanted the balloons arranged, and he even came to inflate them all himself, put them on the roof above the dancefloor, and hang a ribbon from each of them. It was great to arrive at the party and have all of the decorations taken care of. Everyone commented on how good the balloons looked !

Chris was a wealth of knowledge when it came to trying to find the right paper for my wedding invitations. There is so much choice out there and Chris made it easier for me, and the price was better than I could find online. I was only looking for paper but couldn't believe how much My Big Event has in the range of wedding stuff. If I have to do it all over again My Big Event would be the first place I go.

I rang to place a phone order for balloons for my daughter's Christening and I received excellent advice regarding style and type of balloons to use and overall very professional and thorough service. On the day, the balloons looked absolutely fantastic and the quality was fantastic as they lasted very well

I was very happy with the service. We hired a helium tank though that blowing up balloons is fairly basic they still took the time to explain how it worked, what to do etc. Couldn't fault service.
