Its fantastic when you find a conveniently located family friendly place that offers good food and service. Our young family has always been made to feel welcome here and we haven't had to worry about making too much noise because we are surrounded by like minded families.
The best place in the plaza to take your little kids if you just want to hang out and chat with other mothers. They have super friendly and efficient staff and very nice food. They also serve 'bowls' of coffee which is awesome for tired parents.

Was pleased to learn that the owner of Billy Baxters in the main plaza area is also the owner of the Myer Cafe. Great!
It's not called Billy Baxters anymore. They also own the cafe on the ramp above the road in the plaza and the 2773 cafe in Glenbrook. They all serve amazing food.
My favourite thing about this cafe is the small childrens area! My daughter refuses to sit still in her high chair or pram so the fact that I can put her down to play while I eat makes this my favourite cafe in Penrith. The food is also great, served fast and cheap. The menu is quite similar to Billy Baxters menu, hot meals, sandwichs, melts, and a great breakfast menu (the vegie breakfast is delicious!)

I love this place. I enjoy the seating area as it has a balcony. The food is great and the staff is very friendly.
