This is the best chinese restaurant i have ever eaten! Very nice! The dishes are simple, but the flavour just bursts into your mouth! You cant go wrong with chef gallery. However, the queue is quite scary, especially for dinner.Lucky to get a table fast on a Tuesday night with no queues! We took down all the vegetarian dishes like a flock of seagulls, will definitely be coming back for some more!

Had the prawn and pork wonton noodle with spicy sauce. The wonton had plenty of prawn flavour and was delicately flavoured. The spicey sauce was a little sweet for my liking but still good. They offer great lunch specials too. If you order a noodle dish you can get a drink or side of dim sims for half price. Service was efficient and the wait was not too bad although I was there early for lunch, bang on 12.00.

I had lunch on weekday at My Chef's Gallery within Metcentre as I walked past it. It is newly opened for only a few weeks. The staff wear uniforms which looks professional. I ordered Lunch Combo which costs $15 in which I chose the Dan Dan pork ribs noodles, steamed dim sim set and a soya milk. I was very full and the noodles delicious. Fully packed place during peak hour lunch. The places tends to get abit smokey though, but still bearable. The food came very quickly after I placed my order so I didn't need to wait long. Good place for quick lunch.
