Really helpful staff, expensive items but amazing service and friendly. Purchased a ghd and it had to be returned almost a year later. The girls helped out, even staying back after close a few minutes and made sure to sort it out. I got a brand new one. Also an excellent place for the at home hair colourist, great range and cheaper than most! Lots of advice and tips.
