I took in a phone for a replacement face-glass on 1/5/12. I was told it would be sent away for repair and would be back in approx 1 week. I rang several times and also visited kiosk to follow up, and was given several excuses (boss didn't go to Sydney to collect repaired phones on day he said he would; then boss went to Sydney next week but went on holiday before returning repaired phones to shop for customers to collect). I was wondering if the phone had been lost and I was being fobbed off with lame excuses. Phone finally returned on 24/5/12. Not the service I had been led to expect. Quite disappointing.
