The team at My Sparky Mate are very professional and easy to deal with, office lady was every helpful with information on A/C and booked me in for a face to face quote and the quote was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive either. The work was done on the day I booked in and the work was carried out and charged at the quoted price.

My experience was the same as coffee guy. He was caught charging for messes that he created and supplies that we didn't receive. The time frame was ridiculous and he always had an excuse for taking so long to follow the job up. Every visit was a new thing that needed replacing. So, $4000 and 6 months later still no air-con. To top it off, a part that he was going to charge us $500 brand new to replace was tested by a supplier several times and we were told that there was nothing at all wrong with it. It was at that point we decided to cut our losses.

I had some work done earlier in the year by Danny and his advice and quality of work was awesome. Having just refurbished the garage into a home bar I needed some power to TVs and better lighting installed. It was also affordable enough that I could run data cable for the internet out there too. If I ever need any work done again I'll be calling Danny first.

Nice management but when it comes to the work part, do your homework. Every time they come back to fix their mess, they will charge you....that's if they show up!
