I've been a member with My Survey for a few years now and have found them to be great. Most days I get at least 2 surveys and there are also the mini-poll questions to get extra entries into the competitions. There is a big range of redemption options but it does take over a month to receive gift cards.

With what I have been experiencing with My Survey lately, I would give them only '1' star. So frustrating, spending so much time doing the surveys and then being told 'technical error' and then no reward given. Not worth my time anymore.

Points are slowly accumulated. Do like the paypal option but redeeming $5 at a time is a bit time consuming. Also flash surveys are not compatible with the iPad

There are so many other survey companies that are so much better than My Survey, I don't bother with them anymore.

I've been a member of my survey for a few months and I've received $30worth of vouchers, it's good you can claim when you've only got 500 or so points. Lately though I've found the site a little more unreliable, it keeps going to the maintainance page

I have signed up for my survey and very survey I get I just get told I don't qualify, I have never qualified for a survey out of all the times I have tried and its really confusing me.

Make sure to double check that your account details are correct as if there is a mistake you may be getting screened out because of the discrepancy. Sometimes you just have to be patient with survey sites and make sure you do surveys as soon as you receive them.

Honestly, it is better to not qualify then to complete the survey and then not be rewarded for it, I have experienced this '3' times this week. Extremely frustrating!

This is a great survey site with interesting surveys. I have been with them for just over 18 months and have redeemed $150 into my Paypal account and am nearly ready to get another $75 transferred. Its one of the few sites that also award you with loyalty points which is a % of the points that you have earned that month.

I get a lot of surveys from this site and the rewards are competitive to the other similar survey panels.

They offer a screen out reward of approx 10c now, so that alone can often build up and turn into points to claim from one of their numerous rewards choices.

While the gift cards can take quite a few weeks to arrive I have always found them to turn up, never had an issue with that.

I have had quite a few technical difficulties with the surveys themselves, over time, but upon contacting the staff I have found they get it sorted promptly and I have been awarded the points due to me.

Over all a user friendly site with a larger than usual choice of rewards to choose from.

Great to hear that your experience with My Survey has been very good. Hopefully it will improve for me. Waited over 2 months for my last reward to arrive but at least it did.

I have been with My Survey for quite some time now and in the beginning it was really good but over the last 6 or 7 months I have become so frustrated with them. TOOOO many technical errors and missing points, also many times the survey invitation will state approximately how long the survey will take, like 20 minutes, when in actual fact it can take over 30 minutes to complete. They tried to say I had a slow internet connection - which is untrue.

I do like receiving the rewards (gift cards) but at times I really wonder if it is worth the frustration. There are many other survey sites that pay better and you are rewarded properly for your time.

In the last couple of weeks I've completed 3 surveys and they've all come up with technical errors. It's incredibly annoying. It's been happening for over a year now and no matter how many times I email My Survey they don't seem to improve, or care for that matter.

I have been with My Survey for a while now. I had a couple of errors too at the end of the survey which was frustrating. I recently started doing surveys again and I frequently get new ones to do and I haven't yet experienced any errors. I do roughly 2-3 surveys and receive $5 which I send to my paypal account or you can donate to a charity. Its easy and a little extra cash. I always get my points straight away.

I get a lot of surveys from this site and they pay about average per survey than other similar sites. You do get a reward if you are screened out (approx. 10c). The rewards can take over a month to get delivered, but they have always arrived. They do have a better selection of rewards than most sites and the option to donate points to charity too. Often the surveys are longer than most, but generally very interesting.

i really like this site,ii is great for earning some extra income on the side and i find the surveys very interesting to complete,at first i was sceptical but it all seems legit and i have earned quite a few gift cards since joing

I have been doing surveys with them for a long time now but in the past 6 months have been very disappointed with them. On many occassions I have completed the survey - all the say to the submit button (spent no less than 30 minutes to the survey) to then be told a technical error, and not points go through to my account. I am currently having this issue with them now. I completed a survey 5 weeks ago and still no points, I have emailed them no less than 5 times and no response. It is becoming more common, very disappointing, I have missed out on so many points because of their technical errors at the end of the survey. NOT FAIR!
