Have had take-out here a handful of times in the past few months. Extremely hit and miss. Twice they have mucked up our order. Neither time were we offered compensation for our inconvenience. The food is generally very nice, except they don't listen when requesting "mild". Also the curries lack content - lots of sauce, very little filling. We really wanted to like this place. Perhaps they do it better for eat-in. Our last visit it took an HOUR to get our food, suspect they forgot us in the kitchen. Then we arrived home only to find the order was incorrect again! On return, they took the food and gave us a refund but no more food! We had to eat elsewhere. I doubt we'll go back now. Customer service is of the worst I've experienced, especially bad in a small town.

My Thai offers a very traditional setting and a satisfactory standard of service, however the quality of food is disappointing. It lacks in flavour but the size of the serve is very generous.

My Thai is Gisborne is a lovely little restaurant, great tasty food. We go all the time & the kids love it too.

Our first time here and we were surprised the food was tasty and the curries actually had some kick in them. We didn't have an entree but the two curries and one stir fry we had were good. It is a tiny restaurant but with nice decor and a good atmosphere, even some tables outside. Will definitely return.

I absolutely love this place, my partner and I like to eat out once every few weeks and we always end up going here! the staff are just lovely, very happy to see you and we always give a tip. I love the roti with the satay, cannot recommend it enough!

A cute little restaurant where you'll receive friendly service, and a great feed of Thai at really reasonable prices! I can highly recommend the Massman curries and of course the Pad Thai. It's also a good idea to book.
