Took 2 black jackets to be drycleaned. One came back sad, flat and washed out. The other had a white print design on the lining. This came back washed out and patchy so most of the white disappeared. They said it was due to fading due to its age although this garment was handed over to them in near new condition and had not been cleaned before. Would not recommend as they do not accept any responsibility whatsoever. I was refunded the cost of the drycleaning but my clothes were returned in a far worse condition than before I took them in.
